In 2015, Adam hired Angelo straight out of Appalachian State University. Their partnership quickly proved to be a success, combining fresh ideas with years of hands-on expertise to take on some of the region’s most ambitious projects. When Angelo later returned to his hometown of Charlotte, with his growing family, the two saw an opportunity to expand their shared vision.
